Our new roll cradle system for Durafit master rolls is a revolutionary solution for pallet shipments. Through rigorous testing, we’ve proven that this innovative system is highly functional and durable, and we’re excited to announce it as our new standard for outbound shipments.
The roll cradle system is constructed entirely from recycled fibers, reducing carbon emissions during transport and supporting our sustainability efforts. This, in turn, lowers outbound freight costs and mitigates the risk of damage during transport, providing you with a more cost-effective and reliable shipping solution.
With our new system we can nest 24 rolls (1200 meter) on a single pallet with a floor space of 150 x 100 cm. That means a total transport footprint of only 0,68 loading meters.
To send an equal volume under similar conditions with classic piramide stacking it requires 3 pallets of 150 x 100 cm. That means a total transport footprint of 2 loading meters.
