splitting machine, we can produce even the most complex
components for you.
Die cutting
At our industrial die cutting machine we can manufacture components of a wide variety materials. The cutting machine is often used for production of high numbers of less complex forms. Materials with a size of 160 x 200 cm can be processed, depending on the type of material, up to a thickness of 30 mm.
Skiving
We have several shoe machines which various types of material can be provided with a link edge. We can provide from hard plastics to very delicate leather with perfect and continuous link edge, if desired on your specifications. Our skiving machines can process up to a maximum material thickness of 4 mm.
Adhesives / coating
Many materials can be provided with a surface treatment or coating. We can halogenate or wash off rubber materials and we can provide materials with a glue coating by spray or roll application. Think of pre-gluing rubber or cork plate materials, soles or strips.
Digital cutting 1
We have a large industrial digital cutting machine for production of the most complex components. This allows our materials to be processed fully automatically and with high precision and continuity into semi-finished products. This machine is also used for external production orders and prototyping of materials with a maximum dimension of 200 x 300 cm and a height of up to 50 mm.
Digital cutting 2
We have drag knives, oscillating and rotating knives where we can digitally cut almost any material with great precision. In addition to sheet materials (up to 200 x 300 cm), materials can also be cut directly from the roll (with a diameter of 40 cm and a maximum weight of 100 kg). This keeps production time and material loss to a minimum.
Digital Milling
In addition to digital cutting, we can also mill most hard and rigid materials with high precision and efficiency. Hard materials such as aluminum, wood and plastic up to a thickness of 26 mm can be milled and soft materials such as foam materials and EVA up to a thickness of 50 mm. Premoulding
We can automatically premould thermoplastic materials (contreforts) to a thickness of approx. 2 mm full. Our premoulding machine can process materials within the following dimensions: width from 180 to 350 mm and a height from 50 to 140 mm.
Ink jet printing
In combination with digital milling and cutting, we can provide all surfaces with ink jet printing. The application of unique codes, product information and barcodes gives you the possibility to effortlessly integrate the components produced by Frecoma into your logistic process.
