Durafit microfibers presents a groundbreaking innovation with a corn microfiber. We have pioneered an advanced production method that merges organic elements like corn with recycled fibers to yield a superior quality microfiber. The production process commences with the harvest of corn plants. Glucose is extracted and undergoes sugar fermentation to transition into a monomer. TPA (terephthalic acid) is added to the Bio-PDO (1,3-Propanediol), creating a molecular bond. Subsequently, a polymerization process transforms the monomer into a polymer, from which nonwoven fibers are derived. For more information
